1. What types of gift cards do you sell?
We offer a wide range of digital gift cards including Apple, Nintendo eShop, PlayStation (PSN), Xbox, Steam, Roblox, Xbox, Vbucks, and more.
2. How will I receive my gift card?
All gift cards are delivered digitally via email and/or your user account dashboard. Delivery is typically instant, but can take up to 1 hour for security verification.
3. Are your gift cards region-locked?
Yes, most gift cards are region-specific. Please ensure that you purchase the correct region for your account (e.g., US, MY, SG, etc.).
4. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit/debit cards only for now.
5. Do the gift cards expire?
Most gift cards do not expire. However, we recommend redeeming them promptly after purchase.
6. What should I do if I didn’t receive my code?
Please check your spam/junk folder first. If you still haven’t received it within 1 hour, contact our support team with your order number.
7. Can I get a refund if I bought the wrong region or value?
Unfortunately, once a digital code has been delivered, it cannot be returned or refunded. Please double-check before purchasing.

8. How do I redeem an Apple Gift Card?
On iPhone or iPad, open the App Store, tap your profile picture, tap Redeem Gift Card or Code and enter the code. On a Mac, open the App Store, click your name at the bottom of the sidebar and choose Redeem Gift Card. The balance appears straight away.
9. Which Apple Gift Card region should I buy?
Buy the card that matches your Apple Account’s country. On iPhone, go to Settings → your name → Media & Purchases → View Account and check Country/Region. We stock US, UK, Canada and Australia cards.
10. Is an iTunes card the same as an Apple Gift Card?
Yes. Apple replaced iTunes cards with the Apple Gift Card, which works across the App Store, Apple Music, iCloud+, Apple TV+ and more. If you’re looking for an iTunes card in Brunei, an Apple Gift Card for your account’s region is what you need.
11. Which PlayStation Network card works on my account?
PSN cards only work on accounts registered to the same country, and the country can’t be changed. On PS5, check Settings → Users and Accounts → Account → Account Information. We stock US, Malaysia, Singapore and UK PSN cards.
12. How do I buy Robux in Brunei?
Buy a Roblox gift card here, then redeem it at roblox.com/redeem while logged in to the account. You can then use the credit to buy Robux or Roblox Premium. It’s a fixed budget with no bank card saved on the account, which many parents prefer.
13. Do Steam codes work on any account?
Our Steam Wallet codes are in US dollars and redeem on Steam wallets set to USD. Check the currency of your wallet balance in Steam before buying.
14. How do I top up PUBG Mobile UC?
Buy a PUBG Mobile UC code, then redeem it on midasbuy.com with your player ID. You never need to share your password.
15. Can I buy a gift card as a present?
Yes. The code is emailed to you, and you can forward it to anyone. Just make sure you pick the region that matches their account.
16. Do you charge in Brunei dollars?
Yes. All prices are in Brunei dollars (B$), and you pay by Mastercard or Visa. The amount on the card itself, such as US$10, is the value it adds to your account.
