Who this card is for

This card suits anyone whose Apple ID was set up in Canada. That includes people who studied or worked there, families with relatives in Canada sharing an Apple family group, and anyone who simply opened their account that way years ago. Apple only lets an account be topped up with credit from its own country, so a Canadian account needs a Canadian card.

Changing your account’s country is possible but disruptive. Apple asks you to cancel active subscriptions and spend or forfeit any remaining balance first. Buying the matching card is far simpler.

How to redeem

On iPhone or iPad

1. Open the App Store.
2. Tap your profile picture at the top right.
3. Tap Redeem Gift Card or Code.
4. Type in the code, or tap Use Camera to scan it.
5. Tap Redeem.

On Mac

1. Open the App Store.
2. Click your name at the bottom of the sidebar.
3. Click Redeem Gift Card.
4. Sign in if asked, then enter the code.

The balance shows on your Apple Account straight away and is used before any card you have on file. It only redeems on an Apple Account set to Canada.

Check your account’s country first

On iPhone, go to Settings → your name → Media & Purchases → View Account and look at Country/Region. If it doesn’t say Canada, this card won’t redeem on that account.

Delivery and payment

Prices are in Brunei dollars (BND). We accept Mastercard and Visa. Once your payment clears, the code is emailed to the address on your order. If it hasn’t arrived after a few minutes, check your spam or promotions folder, then message us on WhatsApp with your order number.

Common questions

Will a US card work on my Canadian account?
No. Apple credit is tied to the account’s country. A Canadian account needs this card.

Can I use the balance for a family subscription?
Yes. If you’re the organiser of a Family Sharing group, your balance can pay for shared subscriptions like Apple One Family.

What if the code won’t redeem?
Check Country/Region using the steps above. If it says Canada and the code still fails, message us with your order number.
